The line Giant-C / Titan-C already covers self-service and compact OPL with stackable 10–15 kg pairs. The new LG Professional Laundry aims elsewhere: larger loads (up to 30 kg), Heat Pump drying with no external exhaust, and machines that can go into basements, older buildings or floors where ducts are expensive or impossible.

What changes in practice for a business

Three problems that often appear in Greek installations find a direct answer in the new range:

  • Ducts and space. The dryers and the combo are ductless Heat Pump — no external exhaust needed. Less civil works, easier placement in existing laundries.
  • Cycle time and staff. Combo 25/16 completes wash + dry without transfer to a second machine; ideal when staff is missing or when space does not allow stacked columns.
  • Energy and fabric. Lower drying temperature with Heat Pump, Sensing Dry to avoid overdry, and AI weight detection for water / detergent per load.

The catalogue organises capabilities into Technology, ESG and Maintenance. In practice, what matters in the installation study is:

  • Dual Inverter HeatPump + Dual Action Heat Exchange — faster drying with lower consumption; twin compressor 52.5 cc/rev on the combo and the dryers.
  • Ball Balancing System — drum stabilisation for high-spin up to 520 G at 1100 rpm (20/25 kg models)· less vibration, less moisture before the dryer.
  • Twin Spray — spray inside the drum for more even wetting and shorter wash cycles.
  • Sensing Dry — humidity sensors that stop when the load is ready, protecting linens and towels from overdry.

LG emphasises serviceability: Front Service Ready (front access to PCB, pumps, heater), forklift structure for safe moving on site, and on the Heat Pump Cleaning Assistance — spraying the heat exchanger on every cycle so manual cleaning is infrequent (the catalogue cites an order of magnitude of about every six months, depending on use and environment).

Proactive Customer Care and app-based management aim at timely alerts before downtime — useful in hotel and hospital OPL with tight maintenance windows. Programs Tub Cleaning / Tub Sanitary keep the drum clean at high hygiene temperatures.
